Thank you so much for attending our event, there are just a few conditions we need to let you know about before you attend.

In advance:

You will be require to pay a $10 entry fee or your session, you may choose either the 1:00pm to 3:00pm session or the 3:00pm to 5:00pm session. 50% of the entry fee will go to Transcend Australia and the rest will go to the venue hire fee.

The market tables will all be cashless, you will be able to bank transfer the vendors or use the square card reader that Nix will have. 

Activities at our event include:

  • market tables

  • our ambassador tables

  • the sponsored raffle ($5 per entry)*

  • free goods table (vendors can leave items for free, these can be taken by anyone!)

  • backdrop selfie/video spot 

  • Free event photographer (Terry aka Pclubpics)

  • commemorative cheki (polaroid) + decorating ($5 per photo)**

There will be no food at the venue so please organise your lunch/afternoon tea outside of the event. The venue is accessible.

There is free water, air conditioning and fans in all rooms, and first aid trained volunteers. We want to ensure that everyone is comfortable and well taken care of on the day.
